  • Oversee building operations, including but not limited to, the Emory University Information Desk, offices throughout the Emory University Center, and maintenance concerns 
  • Implemented various new initiatives to increase efficiency of Emory University Information Desk operations, including but not limited to, creation of a categorized electronic phone book, organizational procedures to manage the A/V and equipment closet, creation of a new training program for both info desk associates and future managers, and creation of an electronic FAQ sheet to assist info desk questions in addressing customer questions and concerns
